I am in Greece and have an SE which I use with dual sim (Greek) and e sim (UK) it has been working no problem but now has no network coverage all settings have been checked and cannot see the problem

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - Change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
