Hi, I just dropped my phone by accident on the ground and the bottom right corner has broken and the screen cracked in the corner, does anyone know if I can send it back to O2 for repair as I'm still making monthly payments for the phone. The phone still works without issue, it's just the screen and the corner that is the problem.

You need to send it in for a quote https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/device-repairs

Also check with the manufacturer for local approved repairers.
