Iv had a text saying to activate my free disney plus, but iv already done this 2 weeks ago when i up graded, i go on to "my extras" it just says activate within 16 days? Also i pay for netflix through my 02 bill but cant see that ither on new contract???

Netflix won't show as an extra, it will just be charged to your mobile bill

If you have already activated Disney+ just ignore the message on My O2

Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the activation message to catch up with the system

It will keep reminding you until the 28 days is up.

The system doesn't recognise when you activate it until the selection period has ended.
