I have upgraded and supposed to have Disney plus added free for 6 months but it won’t add as an extra I have been on hold to customer service for 1 hour who then puts the phone down saying they don’t understand me !!

There is an issue that o2 are aware of @SHazbag.

You can try messaging o2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
