Disney free for 3 months ..anyone been able to activate this offer? As the link just says “oops”

Hi, received an offer for Disney plus free for 3 months just because it’s Christmas.. sent off the text and received email thanking me for taking up offer and advising it will be set up within 24 hrs .. and I will get text from them once done ..this was Monday ..now Thursday and still no text to say it’s done.. anyone else having problems activating this offer?

This is a known issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Hi,I got 6 months free Disney + on Monday,I received the same message but nothing happened,when I try to activate the page appears Error…wasting time…😡
