I was a Disney+ subscriber but due to receive info as extra cancelled subscription so that I could apply extra. When tried to do because email already registered it won’t recognise as new customer and keeps wanting me to renew as old customer? Missing out on extra and being able to stream Disney+. Can anyone please help?

I've always used the same email address but you need to wait until the subscription has expired before you can redeem the next free offer.
Otherwise, register with a different email address.
