On 20th December 2021, I was offered 3 months free on Disney Plus (email titled "Peter, enjoy Disney+ on us for 3 months") and signed up. I then received an email on 29th December 2021 (email titled "Disney+ O2 Extra's introductory period is ending soon") which stated "we hope you’re enjoying the Disney+ O2 Extra you picked. Just remember, it’s only included in your plan until 28/01/22. It’ll then carry over and be charged to your account at £7.99 a month (unless you cancel beforehand)". How can that be?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
