I’ve just got a new phone. My old phone has a broken screen and has disabled itself due to the screen. My contacts are not up to date on the cloud so I can’t transfer them to my new phone. If I get the screen fixed on the old one will I be able to access my contacts or will the phone be restored due to it being disabled and therefore lose the contacts? Or is there another way I can do this?

@fspin

Can you make a backup to iTunes on your PC at all?

Thanks for the tag @Cleoriff smiling

Usually with a disabled iPhone connecting it to iTunes does the trick, I'll message you privately @fspin and look in to this for you, you might be better speaking with Apple though to be honest but I'll message you and see what we can sort smiling

My working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 18:00
