I’m not sure if I am being scammed. I keep getting emails about setting up a direct debit. I already have one in place.

o2 are doing migrations of customers to a new billing platform, which means the old DD's have to be cancelled and new ones setup with the Originator set as Telefonica

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
