Hello,

One of the phones I have on contract with you - number [removed] is broken. Can I get this exchanged for a new device and continue to pay my contract?

My number is [removed]. Please message or call me on this number.

Thank you,

Max

Unless you have insurance, either with o2 or another party, it is unlikely @JacksDad

The other alternative is to upgrade one of your lines and get a new phone to use in place of the broken one.
