Denied access to 18+ website even after settings changed

I tried to visit the website kiwifarms.net and instead I received a message telling me to prove my age. Having followed the process to do this l, I am still being told that I need to prove my age to visit the website despite my settings having been updated already.

Guide: O2 Age restriction explains this process, @AJW1 - and note, if you are latched to a WiFi signal, say home broadband, there are similar restrictions in force on the service provider's cable or data router and WiFi hub that you are latched to which will prevent access to certain sites until removed. PS. The website name you posted has been a topic of debate and barring from many ISPS recently, so may not be available whoever's network you use to try and access it.
