For a while now I have randomly delayed text messages, where they turn up few day, or even few weeks later! Today I restarted my phone and recieved 3 text messages sent from today last week and the week before! I had a slight issue with this with this sim in my old phone, but still happening in my current phone.

I have checked I have the correct text message number and i have no other problems, that I know of, so am assuming the sim is at fault.

Please can I have a replacement sim sent out!

Thanks

You'll need to go in store with some ID or ask O2 on social media.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

This is a Community forum made up of customers so you will need to contact O2 direct

If you want to try a new SIM

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

Alternatively, if you call into an O2 store with photo ID they will swap it there and then

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
