If all is as it should be, your MyO2 App will tell you, as @MI5 says:

Click on the 'question mark' for Support at bottom-rightof the screen, and it should all be in the "Track my order" section, @NicolaChanning:

Look in your MyO2 or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
