Data use in italy

Hi daughter is currently in Italy . Data won’t work 😬 she’s re set network info as o2 advised but still nothing . Has got info that says no service ?! Is this possible ?? There must be coverage in Italy ?!?  Many thanks

Some things to try

1. Manually search for another network
2. Reboot the phone
3. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4. If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account
