Hi.
Due to having more people at home during the lockdown, our internet has been more intermittent but working. It still shows on my phone and that I’m connected to WiFi however when I check my usage, it’s eating it up really quickly. I have had to purchase more data which adds to my already large bill. What do I do?

Switch off mobile data whilst your on wifi

Also if an iphone switch off wifi assist @Beth1977
