For weeks now, when I check my data usage on the app or the webpage all I get is info not available. Before that it was showing as zero used even though I know I had used a lot. I phoned customer services and they said there was a system glitch since their recent upgrade. It was after that call that zero went to “no information.” As I am roaming in the EU at the komemt, I am afraid of running up a big bill.

EU roaming is restricted to 25gb per billing period before additional charges.
You will receive warnings from o2 if you reach that amount but otherwise there's no additional cost.
