My mobile data doesn’t work on my iPhone 13 pro. My wife connects normally but when it comes to 4G it says it’s connected but doesn’t work. Are there any ways to fix this?

I tried everything also I contacted with o2 they tell me that not seeing problem with it 🤷♂️
Also I do factory settings and still not working!and tried on another phone and is not data from sim unfortunately

Reset your network settings and if it still doesn't work get back onto O2.
If abroad you need the apn to be "mobile.o2.co.uk" but in UK it should be "idata.o2.co,uk"
