Hi I topped up today and non of my data was working I had no internet, I’ve even upped my tariff to £15 it still isn’t working… I then payed a bolt on for £5 and it’s still not working I want to go back to £10 bundle and I would like this checking asap as I’m always on the road and nothing works on my phone not even the 4G. Thanks

If you’ve topped up and your bundle is showing then unless there is a network issue(check the my network app) then your issue has to be handset related. Check to ensure you haven’t accidentally turned off mobile data. Unlikely but I’ve done it. Failing that it’s a call to customer service to sort things out.
