Hi,
recently my data / 4g had been restricted because I hadnt paid the monthly bill but now its been paid and O2 have messaeged me saying the restrictions have been lifted but my data still doesnt work after waiting.

You need to reboot your phone or contact O2 again to check.
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
