Good evening,
I'll spend one month in Italy and as soon as I land here my data stopped working, I'm unable to make calls-even the ones to seek assistance- and to send messages.
The main reason I've switched to o2 is to have enough giga to be covered outside UK while now I'm in a worst situation than before.
I tried to select the providers manually from settings but nothing.
Could you help me out fixing the problem? Or do you know if there is a way of contacting the operator in a different way than a phone call (that I'm unable to make)?

If you have an iPhone, change the apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If you need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
