Hi my data is not working (as in it says that I have signal but pages and apps using internet won’t load). I’m currently on holiday in Poland.
It tells me that I have data allowance left, so I’m not sure why.

Please could you help me to identify the issue and get it back as soon as possible?

These are some tips to try :

  Reboot phone.
  Manually search for a different network
  If using an iPhone, change data apn to  mobile.o2.co.uk
  Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
  Or if you message O2 using the social media links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Saff

It could be a local issue with the network in Poland, have you tried to connect to one of the other networks?

Also check your APN settings are set to mobile.o2.co.uk
