Good afternoon
I have tried everything over the past month. I get no data signal anywhere. I think I have used 1 or 2 gb of data this month our of the 20 I have paid for.

I have 5g for about 10 minutes of the day. The rest of the time I have either 4g or nothing at all. It drops out all the time. I need my phone for work and I have had to buy a sim card on a different network just to make calls.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately nothing has worked. I went into the store and they gave me a new sim card. I had 5g in the store, unfortunately nowhere else between the O2 store in manchester all the way to Nottingham and back. I had 4g and 4g+, when i try to get onto spotify, or any internet page i get a message saying No Network or "you are using spotify offline". I believe it is due to the level of Network congestion. Unfortunately i need my phone for work as do all our staff. So I am going to move network and also change all 230 work mobiles across to a less congested network that actually works
