I need help asap, I missed my payment by a few days as I’m in Korea, so o2 cut me off which is fair my bill is now paid it was paid on the 10th July they told me it would take up to 24-48hrs to clear my bar it’s now the 16th I’ve got no service on my phone at all my phone was working fine till they cut me off for not paying on time I’ve spoke to people and they said it should take up to 5 days this is ridiculous I need my phone Ive got an unlimited sim for what I pay a monthly bill and I’m not even getting what I’m paying for please help me as no one seems to help they just tell me to wait it out basically

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Set up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
