Hi I’m in France at the moment

data switched on and data roamjng but unable to use my phone outside of the wifi . My husband has the same phone and tariff yet his data works . All our settings are the same. Why is this as it’s very frustrating!

Do you have an iPhone?

If so try changing your APN settings

There are two settings

idata.o2.co.uk  and  mobile.o2.co.uk

Whichever you have, change it to the other one
