Hi,
My new phone was supposed to be delivered around two weeks ago but it has not been. The tracking system on DPD said it was "on its way back to O2", however on my app it now says that the order is complete.
I do not know who to contact about this as the automated phone line is useless and there are no other numbers.
Please can someone tell me who to contact. I want my new phone if I'm paying for it!

It is O2's responsibility
