Hi, I opened two sim only accounts in December 2021 and after my wife’s number failed to port over within 7 days I closed both accounts.
some weeks later I received a bill for £594.42. Obviously because the contracts were cancelled within the first 14 days this was an error. I called customer services and was assured it was all sorted. 14 days after the first bill I received an overdue notice. I called immediately and was assured again that everything was no sorted.
I didn’t receive any further bills or contact from O2 so assumed all was well. I checked my credit rating today however to see that it had dropped by 150 points due to three missed payments to O2.
how can this get resolved? I don’t even have an account or number with O2 anymore to even check my account details.
