My coverage today has gone completely. I have 0 cellular signal whatsoever. When I checked, it said coverage terminated? What does this mean please and why can’t I use my phone at all now unless connected to wifi? And even then I can’t use cellular data still. I am currently going through the process of Changing SIMS due to service and coverage issues but would my current SIM be cancelled before my new one arrives? Can someone please advise as soon as possible? Thank you.

It's normal for O2 to disconnect your sim immediately for some bizarre reason.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
