I rung yesterday to move my number (with o2) to an o2 pay as you go sim
I have had no confirmation my contract ended yesterday and that a transfer of numbers was going to happen.
I have tried to call my number with my old sim it doesn't work so i have put my new sim in and tried, still does not work.
I've not had anything from o2 by means of support. What is happening?!

Have you activated the new SIM by choosing a plan and topping up?
