My phone contract is up in November , will I get an email from o2 , if I decide not to stay with o2 can I keep my number ?

OFCOM regulations require O2 to email you with options so all should be explained in the email you receive from them.

In brief, if you wish to move networks, you need your PAC to keep your number Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]
