Continuous down time of Brighstone mast shared with Vodafone

Keeps on happening over last few years, worst period was over 5 weeks down, last worst time it was 3 weeks down but doesn't happen to other providers like EE and 3.

Well this is a customer to customer forum so we can't deal with mast problems

If it is a shared mast it will be either maintained by Cornerstone although some have been sold off and a number are now Managed by Vantage Towers.

For that reason you will not get any timeframe for repair.

If it is a constant problem then moving to EE or 3 is an option. I don't know if they mast share in your location. However that is coming to an end with new installations being separate
