Hi there, about 2 hours ago I tried to continue my order for the new iPhone, on step 2 of 4 (payment) I entered my card details, had the “please wait” screen. The next screen told me the session had timed out. Upon going through steps 1 and 2 again I checked my bank to make sure everything was ok just in case, and the upfront cost was already deducted. I now have nothing in my basket either. Is there a way to get to back to step 3/4 and continue my order since the money is already deducted?

No don't try again. You need to call O2 on any number in this guide
