So long story short, o2 have seriously messed up my upgrade, could have been a system error but my biggest issue right now is the amount of lies I've been told! How do I complain?

If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see a link for Resolver. Use those. They are known to get good results.

If you go into Contact us (at the bottom of this page on the blue banner) it will bring up the contact details for O2. Scroll right down to the bottom of the contact us page and in small print it tells you how to make a complaint. I don't think they want people to complain. 😉
