I have constant issues with being unable to dial out or answer calls and when I am able to, they can't hear me or vice versa. I have no data coverage anywhere I go. I am extremely frustrated by this (obviously) and ideally want to know my rights to cancel the contract. People that work in two stores I have been into simply fob me off and say just "look online and make a complaint". And I even had "Yeah I know it's rubbish isn't it but you've got to live with it". Can someone please help!!!???

@SMBryant02

If you're in an area with little to no service there's not much you can do unfortunately.

Your only option is to pay off your device plan and switch to a network that does have service.

Try PAYG sims first from other networks to find a suitable one.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
