Hi, need some help. Ever since I upgraded my phone from O2 and connected my Apple Watch upto my phone my Watch data hasn’t been working. I’ve been on the phone a lot with O2 about this since November 2022. In the end I decided to cancel the data plan and try and add it on. So I’ve got it cancelled and now need to add the data plan but come straight up with something went wrong. Call 202 and reference code 14 when I did phone they wasn’t sure and nothings happened so getting a bit fed up with calling and getting no where. Hopefully can get some help on here. Everything I need for my Watch to work is switched on and and the Watch has been reset, unpaired multiple times and doesn’t change anything. Thanks all
