I have recently taken delivery of a Galxay Tab S7 FE 5G. I was promised a free keyboard/cover as part of the acquisition. This has not arrived. How do I ensure that it is delivererd as promised?

You need to claim it from Samsung, as per the terms 

 

Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited. UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland residents (18+) only or registered companies in the same.  Purchase a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE from a participating retailer between 13/10/2021 –  16/11/2021 and claim a Samsung Galaxy Book Cover Keyboard by redemption. No cash alternative. Participants must complete the online claim form at www.samsungpromotions.claims/galaxytabcover  to upload proof of purchase and provide all other required information (Claim). All Participants must claim within 60 days of purchase.  Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchased (maximum 4 Claims per household) and a maximum of 250 Claims per company participant.
