Trying to claim my Samsung Chromebook 4 but where you need to add the retailer O2 isn't listed - nor is Telefonica. Who should go in here for an O2 purchase?

Thanks. Went through to there and into the claim itself. In the section "how did you make your purchase" and the drop down "place of purchase" there is no option for O2 as a retailer. O2 advertise the free gift so they should surely be on the retailer list!

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
