I received my new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra today by courier, phone is great and was set up really quickly, i used the cable that comes with the phone to transfer across my info from the Galaxy S9 however when i plug in the charger it does not appear to charge the phone. I have tested the cable in other plugs and it still does not work. I have my old fast charging plug and cable which is charging the new phone fine. Can i get a replacement power brick and cable sent out/who do i raise this with?
