Hi, 02 are charging me £9.99 a mth for netflix I don't have, it's been confirmed by Netflix that they aren't taking the money this has been going on since 12/2017 just found out when I went to upgrade my daughters phone so far 02 has taken £457.97 🙈🤔🤔

@AS1970 You didn't notice this for four years? I'm not sure they'll do anything about your taking this long to discover the error, but you may as well ask.

All o2 do @AS1970 is process the information received from Netflix, so it could be for an account not in your name, that someone in your family has setup..
Netflix can't and wont tell you who, as that would be a data breach.
If you haven't noticed for 4 years o2 won't do anything as you should have noticed and reported it after the first few months..
