Changing phone number for log in security code

I have 2 phone numbers on my account (I have recently been transferred from Virgin Mobile) and the MyO2 login insists on sending the SMS with the security code to my Wife's phone and not my phone even though I have changed my contact preferences to my phone. How do I change this.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
