I have recently received a new SIM from a different provider. I tried to install but was informed by phone is locked. I have tried to phone the customer service number but due to being automated I can not find the answer I need. I have tried logging in to my O2 but as I no longer officially have an account I can not find help there. What else can I do to unlock my phone?
