Changing from old provider, cannot receive security text to allow me to access the app/my o2

I am switching from old provider and was hoping to use esim. I cannot access my o2 account as old provider has been cancelled before new sim installed, so cannot receive 6 digit security code texts

The easiest way forward is to go in store with photo ID.

If that's not possible, you'll need to contact O2.
