Changing SIM card from another communication company to O2

Hi,

I am new O2 costumer. I have been trying to keep my previous number with new O2 SIM card. However, I could not manage to do it. Another point is that I cannot see any products when I sign in My O2 app. 
I need your support for these problems. NOTE: I have already tried requesting PAC code and input this code into the online form on O2 website.

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Yes I can sign in my account, however, I says "You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.".
