Changed tariff 2wks ago active DD but 02 say I’m with a diff service provider

Frustrating the hell out of me. I’ve logged in my 02. Says I have account. I’ve rang up. They’ve said I have no account. Yet 02 are taking the direct debit and my phone still works. But cannot get emails and stuff anymore

That sounds very odd, and sounds like you haven't passed security or something.  How do you mean emails and stuff anymore??


I would use the old favourite and Hang Up and Call Again (HUCA) as the agent may have had a system error or the like.

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
