Change tariff immediately/Reset

Hi, I subscribed to 10GB for 10pounds in my first ever 02 usage..however, the data run out and I failed to gauge that i'd need to have at least 20GB a month. I tried to change my tariff to 20pounds which gives me 30GB a month but it says it will take effect on the 10 January. I badly need it right now. How do I reset it? Bolt-On option is kinda a last option for me co'z it is too expensive as 500MB add-on would cost 5pounds. Please, can somebody help me?
