I would like to change my payment date please, is there a way of doing this myself?

You can't do it yourself, and it needs to be done really 5 days before your next billing date

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
