I am coming to the end of my change your mind period. I like my device and want to keep it, but want to change my mind on the airtime. I am currently on the £35 per month unlimited contract, but have noticed that a sim only deal is much cheaper. I don’t want to return the whole device to change but want to pay as a sim only customer would. Can I pay off the phone and change tarriff or do I have to return the whole lot?

@HH2

Just upgrade to a sim only tariff n your MyO2.

You keep your phone and sim but just pay less.
