I need to change the address on my account, but you can't text the mobile number, as it is inside a mobile vehicle tracker, so I won't get the messages with the verification codes

Can you also arrange to make the contact for verification my email address: debsydonut**Personal info** instead of the mobile number?
Can you arrange to change this on your systems?
