The name on my account has always been spelt incorrectly by Virgin (no idea why. I contacted them about it as well). I would like it to be corrected but there is no way of doing this if I use your site (e.g. Change payment details --> Enter your new bank account details Name of bank account holder: [THIS BIT IS FIXED BY YOU]). The only parts I can change are my acc. no. and sort code. Can you please advise?

Name changes have to go through Customer Services for security reasons
