Solved: Change Tariff to PAYG

Hey, I've been every on the site, spoken with agents and it seems impossible to cancel my tariff even though it's passed the minimum length. Please can someone just tell me at least how to change it to pay as you go. Surely it's illegal to make it impossible to cancel?
