I haven't been able for a week now to make international phonecalls from my international sim. I can however receive them and national calls can be made. Postcode PE21 8PX, I have recharged & I do get this message on network status checker:
''Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.
Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.'' I've been trying to contact a relative abroad with health problems, which in the meantime passed away.... I cannot connect whatsoever, I dial any number abroad and I get immediately busy tone and ''call failed'' ''try again''. Please advise, this is ridiculous. Thank you

Just saw your reply re: tarriffs.... um, no, the number I dialed is on O2 business contract. Mine is prepay international sim with 3000 minutes and text included for in within the network and reduced international rates (1p/min landline & 4p/min mobiles in the country I am calling) for £15 top up. I am to be contacted tomorrow and have it sorted... hopefully. Thank you
